Hacker’s Vision
Hacker Middle School, with the cooperation of students, parents, and
the community, will offer a quality education. Caring, quality teachers
will instill a thirst for knowledge and will challenge each student’s
potential to the highest level. We will offer a curriculum that is
challenging and diversified in which students are eager to learn
because it is relevant to their future. Our students will have the
skills and knowledge to become responsible, contributing members of
society.
Hacker’s Goals
• Student learning is the chief priority of our school.
• Students need to demonstrate their understanding of
essential knowledge and skills, be actively involved in solving
problems, and produce quality work.
• Curriculum and instruction practices will incorporate a variety
of learning activities to accommodate differences in learning
styles.
• Students will be valued as an individual with unique physical,
social, emotional, and intellectual needs.
• Positive relationships, mutual respect, social courtesies, and
self-control will be practiced by all students and staff.
• A safe and secure environment will be provided to promote
student learning.
• Through a commitment to continuous improvement, students,
teachers, administrators, parents, and the community share
the responsibility for advancing the school’s mission.
